Consolidation has been a part of the produce business since the beginnings of long haul trucking. The logistics involved in our consolidation program focuses on limiting stops and miles, so that we are able to efficiently provide the items that require multiple growers from various locations. In addition, growers are pre-screened, and the program includes mechanisms for trace back and recall so that customers receive better quality items and growers are able to get the feedback they need to maintain quality produce.
